How do I pay open fines for my child?
Click the "Your Family" button. Select a student from your list. Click the "Pay Selected Fines" button. Select the Fines/Fees you would like to pay by checking the box next to the item. The selected items will be added to your shopping cart. For a list of your student's unpaid Fines/Fees, please click "Unpaid Fines/Fees"
How do I find the activities for which my child is eligible?
Click the "Your Family" button. Select a student from your list. Select "Items At Student's School". If the activity is at North Scott High School (sports camps, Lancer Production's workshops, etc.) please select "Items At All Schools" & select "High School".
How can I change my user name, password, or contact information?
Click on the link on the home page (initial sign in page) by password “Click here to reset your password”. An email should be sent to the email associated with your account. If you do not receive the email, please contact the appropriate staff from the numbers listed on the home page
How can I print fine/fee and purchase ledgers for my student?
Click the "Your Family" button. Select a student from your list. Click on “Purchase History” for a complete
ledger of all purchases made on your student’s account. You may select dates if you prefer. For an individual receipt, please click “Reprint
Receipts”. For a Fine/Fee ledger, please
click “Unpaid Fines/Fees”.
How can I purchase items which are available to my students?
Click the "Your Family" button. Select a student from your list. Select “Items At Student’s School. If the activity is at North Scott High School (sports camps, Lancer Production’s workshops, etc.) please select “Items At All Schools” & select “High School”.
Why was my credit or debit card declined?
If your card has been declined, please ensure that:
- your credit card is either a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.
Note: bank cards and check guarantee cards are not accepted.
- your card has an expiration date of the current month or later
- your credit card number has been entered correctly (no dashes or spaces)
- the address associated with the card matches the address you've entered into the form
- the 3-digit security code on the back of your card is entered correctly.
